Technical Computer Support
  • Checking the critical parameters of the equipment and the network.
  • Upgrading new versions of Ojmar software.
  • Technological advice with a focus on new technologies and improvements.
  • Remote assistance (by phone or remote connection) in case of difficulties in installing and using the software.
  • Upgrading and installing of Ojmar software for new versions of Windows OS (consult for other operating systems).
  • Helpline in office hours Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 17:30h and Friday from 7:00h to 14:00h.
  • Promise of maximum response deadline of 24 hours.
Preventive maintenance
  • One (1) annual visit from our specialised technical staff to the facility to check the Ojmar elements installed.
  • Trip to the customer facilities included.
  • Immediate repair during scheduled service visit whenever possible.
  • Labour included.
  • Replacement of batteries included when necessary. Spare parts for wear and tear not included.
  • Delivery of a service report after the visit.
